Put your best and latest pictures and videos up so they’ll show up on Search and Google Maps. First impressions are everything.
Google My Business lets users book meetings or schedule services online, without leaving the search results.
manage your users’ reviews immediately on your profile, and engage with them, minimizing damage or thanking for the praise.
create and publish content on your profile, to promote an event, a service or an exclusive offer.
You may say your business already has a website with all those features, and profiles in other social networks that do the same. That’s true, but how many users find your website through Google Search? Google is the master of online search because it works for the users. If you help by creating the right information, it will help your placement in search results.
What do you need to do to have a Google My Business Profile?
First, search for your business on Google and see what comes up. If you have a Google account, claim your business on the Google My Business page. Next, provide your company name, address, region where it’s located, contact details, website, and then validate your info.
All you have to do now is to create a profile. Make sure it’s the most accurate and don’t forget to fill out the requested fields.
Your business is now listed on Google. Get your best pictures up in the gallery to captivate users, and use the Insights tool to understand how they are finding you, what actions they take and who they are.
It’s easy, and though it takes some time and work, it’s worth it. Now let your users’ fingers do the walking.
