In addition to being an entrepreneur and businessman in different sectors, he is also the Executive Director of Zyrgon. With a background in Economics and Business Management and a strong leadership style, there is no challenge he will not face head-on!

Over his 20-year career and before founding Zyrgon, he worked at several companies in management and economics. Fortunately, he had the courage and ambition to start his own company, our agency! Relentless in his standards and persistence, nothing escapes his critical eye.

Our CEO wants the best and settles for nothing less, constantly pushing us to reach higher levels. If he is not in the office, you will probably find him on a boat along the Tagus, dining out, or at home building Legos.

Tito
Programming Team Manager
With a degree in Computer Engineering, Tito is our programming guru. He has worked for many years in systems administration, taking part in large-scale and high-traffic projects involving over a dozen networked servers.

He has built so many websites we have lost count! He masters programming languages as if they were his native tongue, whether it is PHP, HTML, or something no one has ever heard of. Tito is our most demanding and perfectionist team member, a true firefighter when it comes to putting out digital fires.

Marketing Team Manager
There was a Zyrgon before Rita, and a whole different Zyrgon after her. Six years ago, she became a pioneer on the marketing team, playing a key role in the company’s growth in communication and marketing. The first social media content plans and marketing strategies that put Zyrgon on the map are the work of our very own “little boss.”

Creative, supportive, fun, and always ready to teach, she turned the marketing department into a team of 15 talented people who would follow their leader anywhere. And honestly, life would not be the same without her.

Development Team Manager
He is the master of code and the ninja of organization. João has been a developer at Zyrgon for as long as we can remember. He is fluent in multiple programming languages and frameworks, turning lines of code into innovative solutions.

Don’t tell anyone, but João is actually a teacher in disguise; he loves to share knowledge, and we are all grateful for that. Fun fact? He has the best handwriting in the entire company; if he were not our developer, he would probably be the royal family's official calligrapher.

Project Manager
Despite having a degree in Photography and Visual Culture, Inês joined Zyrgon to manage social media, something she has always been passionate about and, between us, is really good at.

Over time, driven by her eagerness to learn and grow, she has become a Project Manager, handling large-scale projects. Still, she never let go of her love for photography, and that is why she continues to be our go-to photographer, a perfect combination of super skills. With a big heart and always ready to support the team, we can definitely say Inês is a pro at spinning plates.

Finance Controller
Better known as the “Excel Ninja,” Stephanie is so skilled with spreadsheets and formulas that even Excel gets jealous.

If there is a financial issue, she is the one who solves it in the blink of an eye. But do not be fooled; these ninja moves are not just in the finance department to make sure our salaries are paid. She is like a silent hero, making sure all our projects and expenses stay on track. She is always up for a good party, but when it is time to work, you can count on someone who is truly committed, dedicated, and always ready to help solve any problem!
